then train for 2hrs
this time is really tiring
muscle cramps
until now it still hurts
then darling's hse mahjong
aft that cabbed home with pepper

today, waken up by darling's call
at 10am then bathe prepare
aft that headed to darling's hse
meet pepper, then kenny came
waited awhile, done with everything
walked to mall, then train-ed to ps
went to the cathay for a movie
